Welcome to The Estate Man Assistant platform, operated by Dragonfly Holdings ("The Estate Man," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at theestatemanassistant.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
The Estate Man is a private, invitation-based real estate transaction platform. We facilitate off-market wholesale real estate transactions, connecting sellers, buyers, investors, and service providers. Elijah and Dragonfly Holdings serve as a contracting party in all wholesale transactions facilitated through the platform.
By creating an account and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from The Estate Man at the mobile number you provide.
Types of messages you may receive:
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and open transactions. Typically 2–10 messages per week during active transactions.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS from us.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the platform, but you will not receive real-time transaction and deal notifications via text.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All real estate transactions facilitated through the platform are wholesale assignments. The Estate Man (Dragonfly Holdings) serves as a principal party on both the seller-side and buyer-side agreements. Prices shown to sellers and buyers represent their individual agreement with The Estate Man and may differ. This is a standard and legal wholesale real estate practice.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice. You are encouraged to consult with a licensed real estate attorney before entering any transaction.
Third-party service providers (inspectors, contractors, title companies, etc.) who access the platform via secure links are subject to these terms. Their services are independent of The Estate Man, and we do not warrant their work or results.
The Estate Man earns a spread on wholesale transactions as a principal party, and may charge platform fees for certain services. Fee structures applicable to your transaction will be disclosed in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonfly Holdings and The Estate Man shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
